I have never had anything like this installed and didn't really know the process but Jean and Michael made it nice and simple for me, they suggested the best burner to get for our home and talked me through all the legal requirements.
The guys who installed the log burner did a great job too, I was worried it would cause a mess but they covered everything up while they did the work and gave it a good clean after, then talked me through how to get it fired up and what I need to do to keep it maintained.
